Many years ago
parents depended on telling their own stories to their children by themselves,
so they guaranteed that their kids were in the safety zone. A lot of people
thought that being in the comfort zone gives children the ability to live in
the virtuous city, but in my opinion you have to give the child the key that
opens all boxes which contains positives and negatives values with the
information that will protect him from falling in the imitation of the bad
sides of these stories.
In many
researches they wrote about the influences of violent stories on children, and
its definition is "Being exposed to any content that contains violence is
regarded as violent content", so we have to answer the question "Are
violent stories useful for children?", and the answer is there's a media
psychological theory said that men and women are dealing with any situation in
their lives depending on their memory that structured with everything that they
were exposed to in their childhood stage, which are represent 60% from their
feelings, attitudes and also their criteria, which will control their
communication behaviors with surroundings, for example, the majority of mothers
are letting their children in front of TV, watching cartoons movies without
telling him "this action is right & this action is wrong", so he
will imitate every singular action, that his favorite hero did in the movie.
There's a big
role on parents, schools, and media channels also to give children the tips of
useful and bad sides of the content that they are watching & reading.
To sum up
because we are now in the era of technology and easy ways to access any
content, so you have to give your child the key to access a different contents,
but under your care & observation.
